“The Company” provides a comprehensive return and refund policy for its valued customers across all products and services. In the event of dissatisfaction or any manufacturing or packaging defect, customers may return the product under the following terms:
If the product delivery is short from your online order, or if you receive different products that are not part of your order, or if the product is delivered in damaged condition, you must inform The Company’s Support Team (via www.glacizadrinks.com) with reasonable evidence within 48 hours of receipt. Our executives will assist you with the procedure to exchange the products.
In the event of a short supply, The Company’s support team will thoroughly investigate the claim with our logistics department. If the short supply is confirmed, The Company will take appropriate action. However, The Company does not take responsibility for product loss or theft during transit.
If the products are damaged or incorrect, you will be required to return them to The Company’s warehouse or arrange a pickup. In such cases, the cost of returning the product will be borne by The Company. Replaced products will be dispatched within 7 working days.
